I work with Teams, broadly defined. In Universities these include Committees, Departments, Centers, and Colleges. Similarly, within Government Agencies, I have experience working with local, regional, and national teams. In all cases, leaders are seeking the opportunities to work more effectively and collaboratively to achieve success and a better future.
Confidential Sessions
Each Team Member participates in confidential sessions to determine:
What do they know about the current situation?
What do they envision for the future?
What might be in the way to achieving that goal?
From these individual sessions, a General Summary is provided as a foundation for your team and organization moving forward.
